Billing

• All published rates are subject to change without notice. The rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
• The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable:
  • Cell Phone
  • Fuel Surcharge
  • Airport and Regulatory fees
  • Tolls
• A 18% chauffeur gratuity based on the fare, stop time and wait time will be added to your bill.
• Taxes will be charged if applicable.

Waiting Time/Stop Time (Applies to Point-to-Point service only)

• Airports and AMTRAK-30 minutes grace period will be granted from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $12.50 for each additional 15 minutes period.
• All other Pick-ups-15 minutes grace period will be granted. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $10 for each 15 minutes period.
• Stops en route are charged at $10 for each stop.
• Stops off route, charges will revert to the prevailing hourly rate.

Holiday Surcharge

• A 25% surcharge based on the fare, stops and wait time, will be added to your bill on the following holidays:
• New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Christmas Eve after 5:00 P.M.

Cancellation and No Show

• Cancellation of sedan service reservation within One (1) hours of the schedule pick-up time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare plus the 20% service fee.
• Cancellation of Stretch Limousine, SUV Limousines, Van and Mini Bus within 48 hours of schedule pick-up time will result in a minimum of 3 hours of hourly rate plus 20% service fee.
• A no-show fee equal to the base fare of the trip plus applicable wait time fee plus 20% service fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

Others

• Metro Executive transportation assumes no responsibility for any lost or damaged baggage, personal belonging or any items left in the vehicle.
• Metro Executive Transportation shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdown.
